Writing a Mock Email

I wrote a mock email using the tips above e.g. from Berger with keeping the email concise and straight to the point and specifying what I can offer and what they can do for me.

Response
  • It was clear and succinct, clear and knew what you were talking about
  • Maybe don't start with 'Good day!' - sounds a bit patronising
Thoughts & Reflection:
I found this session really helpful and found the emailing bit really useful for when I actually contact the studios that I want to work with. Also, I was worried about the thought of only doing 'Graphic Design' placements, but after the brainstorming activity I realised that there are other areas in which I can delve into that are more of what I actually want to do and learn more about.
